I’ve relocated to Minneapolis and joined the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota to start a postdoctoral fellowship. I am so excited to be starting this new chapter in my academic and professional training!

I am thrilled to announce that I have successfully defended my dissertation. Thanks to my committee: Dr. Patrick Shih (chair), Dr. Kay Connelly, Dr. Barbara Dennis, Dr. Katie Siek, and Dr. Tiffany Veinot for their support and guidance! Off to another adventure in Minneapolis soon!

I am happy to announce that I received a Luddy Research Award 2021 given by the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering. The award and financial aid will certainly boost and help me complete my dissertation writing through a global pandemic!

Our HCI Across Borders (HCIxB) workshop will take place on May 15th at CHI 2021 Conference. I am helping organize the workshop with a group of awesome researchers: Vikram Kamath Cannanure, Dilrukshi Gamage, Christian Sturm, Heike Winschiers-Theophilus, Naveena Karusala, Pedro Reynolds-Cuéllar, and Neha Kumar.
